You hereby grant the consent of APPKEE sro, with its registered office at Smetanovo náměstí 1180/7, Moravská Ostrava, 702 00 IČ: 07567219, DIČ: CZ07567219, entered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 76286 (hereinafter "Administrator") ) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation") to process in particular the personal data listed below.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The name, address and e-mail address will be processed for inclusion in the database for sending business messages. (business and advertising e-mails)
System data will be processed in order to create statistics for the needs of the Administrator.
The answers from the sent questionnaires will be processed in order to adapt the content of the business messages.
When processing the above personal data, the Provider uses profiling in order to improve the Services and create individually compiled content of commercial communications, while doing so on the basis of its legitimate interest, ie for reasons under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) Regulation.

HOW LONG WILL WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

Personal data will be processed for a period of 3 years from the granting of consent, unless you extend this period.

HOW YOU CAN TAKE YOUR CONSENT back

Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending a letter, e-mail or clicking on a link in a business message. Withdrawal of consent will result in the suspension of the sending of commercial communications.

WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA FOR US

The processing of personal data is performed by the Administrator, however, personal processors may also process personal data for him, the list of other entities to which personal data will be made available shall be submitted by the Administrator at the request of the data subject.
